How do you mess up a beautiful office designed by an architect by doing the space branding and signage yourself?

Designing a functional and employee-friendly office is a major challenge for any employer. In order to create attractive workplaces and appropriate conditions, it is necessary to ensure that the office is modern and inspires action. Ingenious design of corporate space can significantly increase the prestige of the brand, especially if it reflects the values and philosophy of the company, which positively affects both customers and employees. It is best to put the office design in the hands of an experienced interior designer, who will make an arrangement that is in line with the latest trends and in line with our brand values.

Another example of a situation: You hire a new employee and he comes to work for the first time to meet his co-workers. He enters the office, and to his eyes appears omnipresent chaos – the walls have been painted in an intense (admittedly brand-related, but applied in excess) irritating, bright color, there are randomly selected graphics in places, in no way matching the brand, while the company’s logo has been made with outdated technology and placed in an inconspicuous place. Nowadays, with so much talk about modern workplaces with comfortable relaxation areas and many amenities, such an employee is bound to be dissatisfied with the situation he finds himself in, and thus may consider changing his place of employment to one in which he feels comfortable.
