Sanofi
Warsaw
In Sanofi’s new office, functionality meets aesthetics, creating a harmonious work space. This is another project in which we had the opportunity to creatively develop the office signage concept developed by architects from The Design Group. The result of our cooperation is the design of a comprehensive wayfinding and signage system for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Poland.

Maps
Our goal was to create a practical and harmoniously integrated signage system that will make it easier to move around the office while matching its elegant interior. Thanks to the simplicity and functionality of our solutions, every employee will quickly find their way around the office space, which undoubtedly translates into an increase in work efficiency.
The office maps we designed are clear and easy to read, helping employees orient themselves in the office space without unnecessary complexities. Their integrated design harmonizes with the aesthetics of the interior, making them not only practical, but also aesthetically pleasing.
Wall-mounted directional signage
The subtle directional signage on the office walls not only makes it easy to navigate, but also blends harmoniously into the space, adding character and style. Simple shapes and contrasting colors of black and white create elegant, yet clear, directions for employees.
Marking of rooms and zones
Double-sided semaphores at conference rooms and function rooms are a simple and effective way to improve communication in the office. Their minimalist design blends perfectly with the rest of the interior, while providing clear information about the functions of the rooms.
We used equally aesthetically pleasing stickers with printed pictograms and names on the windows and on the doors to the technical rooms.
Suspended boards
The double-sided overhead signs identifying office zones are not only functional, but also add character to the space. Their shapes and contrasting colors of black and white create a unique look that matches Sanofi’s office aesthetic while making it easier for employees to orient themselves in the space.
Kitchen and cafe
The kitchen is the heart of the office, where employees meet for breaks, chatting over coffee or tea. The kitchen signage we supplied makes it easy to navigate and use the equipment. Subtle but functional markings on the fronts of cabinets allow employees to quickly find the things they need, while maintaining a minimalist design.
Films on glazing
The foiling of glazing with an elegant pattern that harmonizes with the design of the office provides not only an aesthetically pleasing appearance, but also an adequate level of privacy in meeting rooms and offices.
In addition, special Braille stickers placed at door handles make it easier for visually impaired and blind people to navigate the office, creating an accessible space for all.
