Stepstone

Warsaw

Together with Stepstone, we entered the world of creative office space transformation.

Our goal was to create a unique environment that reflects the deep-rooted Geek culture and inspires, while taking into account the preferences and ideas of the company’s employees.

The company is headquartered in the new P180 office building in the center of Warsaw, the Bit Creative studio is responsible for the interior designs , and we had the pleasure of handling the space branding.

The visual expression of Geek culture

In the meeting rooms and focus rooms, we have created unique graphics whose names take us into a world of creative associations. Developed together with our employees, the names for the meeting rooms, such as GEEK CITY, CYBER WILD, MIAMI deVICE, SHIRE, FORBIDDEN FOREST, MINECRAFT or PIXEL CITY, conceal unique stories, evoke inspiring visions and immerse us in the world of pop culture.

Inspiring spaces
focus

Small and intimate focus rooms offer a private space for concentration. In these rooms, where work requires focus and seclusion, we have placed specially designed graphics that are not only decorative, but also a key functional element. While decorating, they simultaneously transform these rooms into spaces that stimulate the mind. They create conditions for intense concentration while opening the door to creativity and reflection.

Waves of creativity

We didn’t forget about the glazing in the office – we designed a wavy pattern, weaved with frosted film, which aesthetically complements the interior, protects against collision with the glass and provides an appropriate degree of privacy.

With the right lighting, thanks to the precise play of light in the office, the ripples of this pattern are reflected on the walls and carpet, creating a unique atmosphere in the hallways. This subtle choreography of lights and shadows adds a new dimension to the space.

The waves symbolize the constant dynamics in the IT industry, reflecting the flow of data and technological innovation. It is not only an aesthetic detail, but also a manifesto of commitment to the constant pursuit of innovation and the search for new horizons.
