We realize that interior personalization is a complex process. Therefore, to make it easier for our clients to work with us, we have divided the course of the project into several stages. None of them can begin until the previous one has been completed, so the Client knows from the very beginning what decisions and steps must be taken to successfully complete the project in the planned time.
The following points are also how to work with us and clearly specify what we need to achieve the client’s goals.

Based on a conversation or a completed online form, we determine the details of the client’s needs and expectations for personalization and interior identification:

3) SCHEDULE
We propose or jointly with the Client establish a work schedule, which specifies the deadlines for the various elements of the project. This schedule also clearly specifies when and how much time the Client has to make decisions and submit amendments, so that we are able to meet the deadlines. Any delay in one of the stages results in the postponement of subsequent stages.
4) ADVANCE
We charge an advance payment of 50% of the value of the design work before starting the design work. If you have also entrusted us with production we charge an advance of 100% of the value of the design work.
5) CONCEPTUAL WORK
Based on the findings on the theme and style of the graphics from pt. 1 we will develop a concept for your selected scopes of implementation:

Amendments to the concept
Amendments to the concept are natural and we are open to making modifications. This is done in 3 rounds of corrections and changes, which are included in the price, so it is important to submit them as a whole. After 3 rounds of amendments, if there are further changes, they will be charged extra
6) EXECUTIVE DESIGNS
After acceptance of the concept, we proceed to implementation of individual projects for all rooms or zones in based on final guidelines and measurements.
Projects are sent each time to for approval. There will be one proposal for each project, which can be subject to changes made in maximum 3 rounds.
An amendment is understood as a modification consisting solely of:
1) Color change;
2) rearrangement and proportion of elements in composition framework;
3) Replacement of selected graphic elements (in case of collages maximum to 30%);
4) making typographical corrections.
Changing the theme (content) or graphic style, in which Project is implemented not is qualified as a correction and will be treated as an order for a new project. It will also automatically extend the time of project completion.
After 3 rounds of revisions, if there are further changes, they will be paid additionally (150 PLN net per hour of work of a graphic designer) you should also be aware that prolonged rounds of revisions will negatively affect timely completion of the order.
Communication in a project
The key in working on a project is communication between our team and the client. Having learned from the experience of many implementations, we know that a dispersed decision-making center is not conducive to the success of projects and significantly increases the implementation time. Therefore, it is extremely important to delegate one person who will give feedback in a clear and unambiguous manner. Of course, online or offline project meetings can be held in a wider circle.
Project approvals
Each project requires client approval in a table with a list of all rooms and graphics. After acceptance, the designs will be immediately prepared for printing. Acceptance in the table will be tantamount to acceptance of the cost of production. Any changes made after this stage, are charged extra.
To the extent possible and the availability of photographic material, we will present individual designs for approval with an overview visualization (graphics imposed on a photo of a wall in a given interior).
7) PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY
After final approval and approval of the designs, we proceed with the printing/production of individual items, and then we handle their professional assembly.
Installation is an optional service and, of course, we can limit our activities only to design and production, but professional execution of installation work is the final step on the way to the new dream interior. We have proven teams of fitters throughout the country, so we encourage you to take advantage of our comprehensive service. If you use your own team of fitters, once you provide the prints purchased from us, we will not be able to take responsibility for their installation and the final result.
8) ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL SETTLEMENT
After we complete the installation work and sign the acceptance protocol on both sides, the final settlement of the project is made.
