The realization for Hager Group Poland included the concept, design, production and installation of various branding elements and signage for the facility, including health and safety signage. When dealing with industrial real estate, we must remember that wayfinding will include offices, as well as production halls, warehouse area and areas around the entire building. <\/span><\/p>\n

We like to carry out projects for this type of companies from start to finish, so we can be sure that the aesthetics are consistent for the entire building and its surroundings, and no important elements have been left out, and the solutions are tailored to the specific industry of the client.

Helpful signage for the company’s outdoor areas <\/span><\/h3>\n

The marking of outdoor areas, such as parking lots, construction sites, industrial areas and other open spaces, is intended to inform, warn and increase the safety of people in these areas. With well-designed and properly placed signage, we can prevent many accidents. <\/span><\/p>\n

Another advantage is that it saves time navigating employees, suppliers, or customers. In our realizations, we focus on increasing the comfort of movement in outdoor areas in accordance with health and safety rules. <\/span><\/p>\n

Effective wayfinding and office signage<\/span><\/h3>\n

A system of directional and functional signage in a building is crucial for better organization and efficient communication. Whether a person is in a building for the first time or is a regular employee at a company, he or she should know how to navigate through the building without a problem. <\/span><\/p>\n

In order to improve orientation in a given space, we use various elements such as maps, wayfinding and door signs, graphic signs, arrows, pylons, pictograms and many others. Let’s remember that good wayfinding is not about quantity. The most important thing is the proper placement of the system’s elements, their correct sizes and colors, as well as the continuity of the messages. <\/span><\/p>\n

Keep in mind that a wayfinding signage system, in addition to its functionality, should carry visual benefits, and therefore match the brand image. In the case of the realization for Hager Group Poland, we designed wayfinding covering 3500 m2 of offices, halls, transition areas and a canteen. We made the wayfinding signage from plexiglass, which perfectly fit into the modern and minimalist interior. Safe and functional health and safety signage<\/span><\/h3>\n

In order to increase employee awareness, the developed health and safety signs, as well as pictograms and communication paths on the production and warehouse floor must meet the highest standards. <\/span><\/p>\n

Based on the client’s guidelines, we developed large-format posters and graphics, as well as flyers on safety rules and moving around the facility, and a training wall on health and safety rules placed at the entrance to the hall.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our solutions have not only improved productivity, but most importantly, increased safety in the workplace. <\/span><\/p>\n

One-stop service is to provide the client with functionality and safety with high aesthetics, in line with the visual identity of their brand. We are specialists in space branding and wayfinding, but we also have experience in health and safety projects. A system of health and safety signs is mandatory for every employer. The Labor Code describes exactly where and what signs should be placed. We always use the highest quality materials for the signs so that they do not peel or fade. Entrusting the design of space branding, wayfinding and health and safety signage to a single company brings many advantages. While we can find great professionals in the market for graphics, printing, or installation, we are doomed to oversee every step, and this can lead to more than a few failures. Why? For example, because we can’t predict delays and plan well for the timing of subsequent services. However, most mistakes come down to the flow of information. If one company does the analysis and concept, another does the graphic design, a third does the printing, and a fourth handles the installation, everyone needs to be thoroughly implemented from the very beginning of concept development.
