An effective system of directional signage<\/strong><\/h3>\n

It is designed to direct employees and improve movement around the building. It should be clear, simple and understandable to everyone. It must be properly positioned and maintain its continuity. When we say legible, we do not mean huge signs in glaring colors. Employees appreciate the high aesthetics of the workplace, so signage should remain as consistent as possible with the branding and style of interior finishes. Designation and naming of rooms<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Have you wondered why in large companies rooms have names? It’s the easiest way to pinpoint the location of an appointment, for example. Employees know that the meeting will be held in conference room X, not “up the stairs, first door on the left.” There’s a difference, right? <\/span><\/p>\n

The names of cities associated with the company or the colors that make up their main theme can serve as the names of the conference rooms. We, encourage you to be tempted to do something more creative and individual. Creating a coherent naming scheme can be an interesting integration workshop, so encourage your employees to come up with one together. <\/span><\/p>\n

Pictograms<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Especially in multinational companies, an effective tool will be communication with pictograms. These graphic symbols <\/span>are designed to convey information in a universal and clear manner, regardless of language or culture.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pictograms can serve many roles. They are used to inform about directions, the purpose of rooms, the location of emergency exits. They can indicate prohibitions on specific activities in a particular room or prescribe specific application of health and safety rules. <\/span><\/p>\n

When we have a well-organized wayfinding and room markings, we can focus on details that will further improve the organization of work, effective rest during the lunch break and maintaining order. In the kitchen, it could be the destination markings for the fronts of kitchen cabinets. Thanks to them, an employee will know where to reach for a coffee cup, and the supply person will easily be able to determine if anything is missing. In the locker room and social areas, it is very useful to mark cabinets to avoid confusion by their owners. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
