From the official Voice of the European workforce survey conducted by Deloitte, we can learn that as many as 80% of European respondents admit to having experienced at least one change in working conditions in recent months. This was, of course, a shift from working in an office to a remote working model. John Guziak, Deloitte Partner, notes that according to the report, 62% of employees in Europe and 57% in Poland expect to be able to work remotely more often after the pandemic<\/b>. It turns out, then, that employees aren’t necessarily in a hurry to start moving from home to the office again and give up the possibility of more frequent trips out of town.
