Keyloop
Warsaw
This time, we were trusted by Keyloop, the world’s leading provider of digital solutions for the automotive industry. Keyloop’s platform connects retailers, OEMs, partners and consumers to create a seamless and rewarding car buying process. Working with such a professional and technologically advanced company requires creative and forward-thinking solutions.
Designed by Massive Design,
the Warsaw office of Keyloop, was decorated in a heavily
racing climate with many automotive references. So we approached our
project in such a way that it would be consistent with those
elements that were already in the office.
Neon signs and big glowing logo
The company’s office is located on the 21st floor, so we didn’t forget about exterior signage. We designed a large, luminous “Keyloop” sign, which was placed in the windows so that the office is well marked on the outside. Inside, in the open space area and the game room. Meanwhile, we placed neon signs with the company’s logo and lettering to emphasize the interior’s racing vibe.
Wall graphics
We placed them in circulation paths as well as in open space and common areas, such as the game room and workshop area.
Among them were:
– creative collages referring to the activities of the company and its selected departments,
– wall graphics depicting icons of Polish motorization, such as Fiat 126p and Nysa.
– graphics with automotive themes in colors referring to the colors of the brand and the interior of the office.
Customized posters
We also introduced an element of personalization to the space by making 12 stylistically consistent graphics. They featured the company’s employees’ favorite cars – the ones they have a special fondness for or dream about – along with quotes from the people who chose them. We placed the designs on posters made of alu-dibond boards, and these hung on selected walls. This solution is a nod to the members of the entire team and emphasizes that they are the ones who make up the company.
Wayfinding and signage
We know very well how important it is to move freely around the workplace, especially if its area is large. For this reason, we also used a suitable system of room signage and directional signage in the form of signs suspended from the ceiling and semaphores at the function rooms. The entire system was designed to match the blue finishes present in the interior and fit in with its dynamic character.
Frosting of glazing
The frosted foil on the glazed conference rooms added some privacy, but also some appropriate character thanks to the fact that we used a plaid checkerboard motif on it, referring to car racing.
We covered the glazing of the quiet room, arranged to resemble the interior of a classic Polish caravan – Niewiadow – with frosted film with its characteristic shape cut into it.
