Another company that trusted us with space branding and wayfinding is Pratia Clinical Research Center, based in Krakow. Our task during the implementation of this project was, among other things, to visually demarcate zones intended for patients from those used exclusively by staff. The use of a different color scheme in zones used by patients and another in zones intended for staff proved helpful in this regard.

Wayfinding embedded in the brand

The client wanted to create a positive atmosphere in the interiors of the center, which will allow visitors to relax a bit before visiting a specialist. When executing the various elements, we based them on the Client’s marketing materials, referring to the brand and brand colors. Among other things, we used the brand’s colors on the walls and furniture.

Challenges

This time we had to deal with a multitude of rooms and many signs that should be in one place (on one wall or one door). In order for the wayfinders to easily and quickly guide the patient to the right place, we took the role of the patient’s skin for a while, traversing the path from the entrance to each room. This procedure allowed us to place the wayfinding elements appropriately in the space.

The Pratia Clinical Research Center is in the realm of continuous development, so we found it ideal, the solution of using magnetic boards that allow us to adjust the appearance of the list of clinics and the list of doctors to the current state of affairs.

Glazing foiling

To ensure the comfort of the office space, we covered the glazed doors and windows with frosted foil with a delicate openwork pattern cut out.
